1. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between PULSO DIGITAL, a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered under number 106 504 657 (RCS Angers), whose registered office is located at 841 route du Bellay, 49650 Allonnes, France, operating the website https://pulsotech.store under the trade name PulsoTech (“the Seller”), and any person making a purchase on that website (“the Customer”).
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Products
The products offered are new shooting-sports accessories and equipment: maintenance and cleaning, transport and storage, optics, targets and shooter gear. Each reference is described with its essential characteristics on its product page.
Firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, primers, sound moderators and high-capacity magazines are not offered for sale. The firearm pages published on the site are documentary: they are neither an offer for sale, nor a reservation, nor legal advice.
Photographs and descriptions are indicative; essential characteristics are shown on the product page. Products are subject to availability.
The Customer checks, before ordering, that the product may lawfully be sold and owned in the destination country; the Seller cannot be held liable for use contrary to local regulations.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars (US$). Shipping is free: the total amount payable is shown before the order is confirmed.
The Seller may change prices at any time; confirmed orders keep the displayed price.
4. Orders
The Customer selects products, provides contact details and a delivery address, then confirms the order. An electronic acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided.
The Seller may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or clearly incorrect information.
5. Payment
Payment is made through a secure, hosted payment platform, accessible from the link sent to the Customer. The order is processed once the platform confirms payment.
No payment data is stored on the Seller's website.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided in the order, by the carrier selected for the shipment; its name and the delivery timeframe are confirmed to the Customer by email. Stated timeframes are indicative.
In case of delay, the Customer is informed by email. The Seller is not liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to external events.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification, by contacting contact@pulsotech.store.
Products must be returned new, complete and in their original packaging; return costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

8. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty. Any request must be sent to contact@pulsotech.store with the order number.
Damage resulting from abnormal use, drops or unauthorised modifications is excluded.
9. Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order and does not cover indirect damages.
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer, where the Customer will find their rights and how to exercise them.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, PULSO DIGITAL is in the process of joining a consumer mediation scheme. Any complaint may already be sent in writing to contact@pulsotech.store; the competent mediator's details will be published on this page as soon as the membership is finalised.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
